so, with this set up you need to use stroker kit or something? or there is enough room in that cylinder to make it as big as 110 cc? I don't get it ))

I think there was a thread about this not long ago. If i read correct, you have to run a different crank and other parts. Pretty sure it all comes as a package.

You also have to make it fit in the crank cases via taking abit away where the bore sleeve slides in

Problem is there are no suitable exhaust for it on the market and with out one its not faster or more powerfull than a Malossi, Polini or Top Performances 76cc kit, (biggest that will fit with out a stroker crank) so if you want to make good use of it you need a custom pipe made for 110cc.

If youir gonna mess with stuff like that fit a Rotax 125cc and a Polini kit, much better choice if you ask me.

Frame can crack with a bigger engine, maybe the Derby frame can take it better, 125 should be ok, but i would just buy a 125 bike than and upgrade it with an bigger bore, fast pipe and bigger carb.

and than you still need the rest... so in total your looking at something like 1200 euro's for a 80cc Cup setup like that.
