    New Tuono member...

...well, sort of. Started with a Falco 4 years ago. 3 years later ending up with a finished Falco and an empty wallet I needed a new challenge.

After a (very) long story I ended up with a licensed RSV frame and a bunch of parts for a song. I had an engine left of the Falco (it got a 2003 RSV engine, also a long story) so it was getting close to something, so the idea was to create a Tuono out of it. The Falco for the sporty rides, a Tuono to behave like a dick on. A year later I found out it's true, you can't behave normal on a thing like this, all good intentions are gone before the end of the street.

Anyway, I love the thing. Both a keepers by the way. Next thing would be a new shed in the garden. I'm running out of space...
Special thanks to Max and Mini_me for all help with parts!

Is this enough to take part in a hoon...?

Very, very nice. Love the tail fairing! I am going to convert over to matte lacquer because it just looks better. That exhaust system on the Falco Factory is a bit special. The throttle cable routing on the T looks like it goes underneath the rhs of the headstock. Is that working ok? Can't you get them to fit between the yoke and ignition barrel, then round the top left of the headstock? I went that way on my Mille Tuono at first, but I got it to work standard. From memory Lille and Tuono throttle cables are the same length. Anyway great work and how does she wheelie?

Are you gonna convert it to a Mille? I have some parts here that might help .......

    Oh, Welcome And Fuck Off.

The cables I got are from an '07 Tuono. They are longer then the original Milles ones I got. The Mille ones were just (just) long enough, and were routed the way you described. The handlebar I have is not the original one, and it might be a mm wider and higher, because when I would turn the bar to the utmost left it would raise the idle speed a tad. The new model cables are so much longer, I had to made this D-tour.

Lmao, back to a Mille, that would be something . I have the Falco for that, although I still can imagine having a '00 Mille R, or a yellow '03 (I like these MILF's, don't tell Diane )

Thx for the welcome . I thought you would start about the radiator protectors it lacks. You got any left?

Oh, and it doesn't have crash bungs, but who needs crash bungs...

Carbon rad guards are now on the 'Reserved for Ron' shelf.

    Some other stuff:
    Carbon heel guards
    R&G crash bung offset brackets
Pair of matched crankcases (do you still need these, I know I owe you a pair)

The heel guards probably won't work with the Falco rearsets, but I have standard rearsets that you can maybe get the gearshift linkage to work with. The standard left rearset has a mounting point for the Aprilia ergal GP shift linkage.

    Thx mate,

We enjoyed it very much as well. We would gladly return the favor
I think we'll be back in a couple of years to see the south.

Was indeed very cool to meet up with someone who's having the same interests, but who's living on the other side of the globe.

Thx Gary That could be true. That swinger has been on the Falco first. It was Ross his bike that reminded me that the OEM dirt bike swinger looks better on it though.

Thx, its a pretty rare full 2-2 SP system. I'm still very happy with that exhaust.

No, not really. Actually the other way around. But even if it was, it was fun building the thing and looking for parts and good deals.

True, from Exdukenut, which I forgot to mention.

Rear brake works better as well.

So is the Tuono for Jopi then? I don't think I will be able to keep up on that hoon!
