2006 sr50r wiring missing? Wiring help

Hello everyone.i have a 2006 spiderman, carb model, auto choke,

Basically I am missing the wiring from the 4 pin barrel connection off the genator, (grey.yellow.blue.green) there are 2 spare pins in the regulator and the front lights have a 2 pin plug which is blue and yellow, and there's a 2pin plug under the seat aswell coming off the auto choke, so i think i am missing a section of the wiring loom, and wondering if anyone could help me wire this up, it's runs but does not alternate or have front lights, I do have a hayse manual but doesn't really help many thanks

I'm not sure if I can help you here. I've got a 2000 SR 50 Carb, and I need to pull/replace a good deal of wires myself. The + and - leads from the battery got so hot the insulation melted off. Of course, I also need to determine WHY the system failed so badly before I put a battery back in place (Previous owner sold me the scoot in this condition)

With regards to MY scooter: The generator should have 6 leads coming from it. Ground, of course. Two wires go to your CDI unit. Three wires go INTO your three pin connector, but only TWO wires exit that connector on the opposite side of your generator. Black does not continue. Colors in my unit, from the Generator are: Black, Yellow/Red, White, Red/Black, White/Red. The last two go to the CDI.

Rather than describe my harness, lets see if you have cables that attach to the following: Does your headlight assembly connect to your dimmer switch? Also, I'm not sure what you mean by 'does not alternate'.
