    EFI Red triangle--

How do I read the fault codes? 2007 RSVR.

Good up to now, but now seems to drop a cylinder a good bit at any off-idle running. Idle is fine. 28000 mi.

Best bet is to have someone with an Axone or Navigator hook up to the bike and see what it has to say as not all error codes are reported through the dash.

Something easy you can do yourself is to check battery condition and charging voltage. Gremlins in either area are likely to cause running problems. Not saying that's what ails your bike, but it's an easy DIY check that could provide useful information.

Sounds like maybe your Temp Sensor...Does your EFI (red triangle) stay on all the time or does it reset itself after you restart the bike?

Hey my '04 Factory is doing this. At first it'd come on once during a days ride, but last week in the hot Texas heat (might be relevant), it kept coming back even after cycling power.
Can you shed any light on where said sensor is and if there's any particulars to replacing it?

after performing the code read operation i get 0 & EFI. i have noticed that one of my vac. lines that reside by the left fairing and side stand is no longer present. it is difficult to follow the line which is close to the frame. could this vac maybe blockage affect the bike from running? she will run if fuel is placed into the throtle bodies but only for a little while. any helpful advice would be a godsend. thanks in advance ride save.

There shouldbe no vac line near the sidestand. Can you take a pic to clearify?

On the LHS there are two tiny vacuum lines going to MAP sensor. Also there is a vacuum line on LHS of throttle body that wraps around to the RHS.

mini_me the three lines i'm speaking of are the ones which pass through the left side fairing "hole" close to the side stand.
