Help identifying part - rear access door to tail

I have another question on my street conversion project: The rear access panel has a lock cylinder. The lock latches to something that bolts to the rear subframe (looks like it may hang down). I can't locate this part anywhere on the fiche diagrams. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Prolly the lock for the solo cowl/passenger seat, least that is what its for on my mk1
