2010 Factory DD that I want to make FACTORY Factory
Hey supa good to hear your still around. Mate I feel for you and while I'm not in the habit of providing free and unsolicited legal advice, I suggest you might like to gather some evidence to support a claim against Eurobit for their shonky (not a legal term) warranty work that resulted in them returning goods to you that were 'not fit for purpose'. Documented photographs of the unsatisfactory warranty repair plus signed statements (possibly even Stat Decs) from your mechanic (and any other witnesses present at the time) saying what he found and why the the previous work failed ought to do it. You then have a few options for action to pursue full recompense for your latest repair costs and any other financial loss suffered as a result, eg time off work and maybe travel expenses to your mechanic if applicable.
Armed with overwhelming and irrefutable evidence you could choose to either hit-up (also not a legal term) Eurobrit directly or go over the top of them to Samples. My preference would be to approach Samples in the first instance as I'm sure they would not wish to be associated with such trashy warranty work carried out on their behalf. A last resort would be to shove a claim into whatever the VIC equivalent is of a consumer affairs watchdog and get them working for you to recover compensation from Eurobrit. Good luck &![]()

I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure?.
shit Mark. that sucks. gonna me good to go for our ride and FOIM next weekend?
I knew eurobrit were a pack of useless cunts. If only Dave Ward lived down near Melbourne.
Ha, you can always travel to Dave's shop and spend some time in the big smoke while your bike is being serviced. Back in September I did a 1700 km round trip for Dave to service my Shiver. I would happily have gone to young Sean at Slacks Ck (just sth of Brizzy) but had personal reasons to spend a few days in Sydney. Having confidence that you are paying a fair price for servicing that is actually performed by a shop that knows what it is doing is worth it IMO.
