    More cf for my falco!!!

Hi I started to show you the last pieces of Carbon I do for my Falco sent in the post of Schlossers and I think it is better to do on this one, because his orange Falco deserves its own space.

Specifically are the top of the fairing and fuel tank.

The fairing is 100% carbon fiber and the tank is lined in the same material, because I do not trust the solvent capacity of gasoline.

I started the installation of the fairing, but the fit is not perfect, but I think it is not too bad.

This weekend I will try to finish installing the tank, but my kids take lots of time off .....

The company has made a Spanish car preparation Karbonius call if anyone is interested we have the mold ready to be used as often as necessary .... jejejejeje

    I put some pictures.

    Incredible...

The Falco is dead on the market, and has not been imported to this country for 10 years, yet people come up with brand new CarbonFibre molds!

I can only suppose these tasty bits are unaffordable... Any indication of price?

Could you expand on this? Prices would be good as well. Thanks.

I'd be worried about the carbon wrap coming loose from the tank with expansion from ethanol in the petrol tbh. Have you considered lining your tank with an ethanol resistant sealant? This is something I considered, but would only go full carbon for that reason

Gentlemen don´t talk about money in public, but i have semd you a PM with the cost, i not sure about a large production, i have the mould but you have to add the cost of shiping and the cost of a second hand fuel tank.
