Read and follow kzmille's guide to bleeding our hydraulics would be where I would start
Make absolutely sure you have free play between the pedal and the master cylinder

Yes, what Anzac said!!!

^^Ditto what Gary and Anzac said. At least 1 - 2mm clearance between the pedal and the pump, otherwise fluid can not return from the caliper to the reservoir. This causes drag on disc heating the caliper. As the caliper heats up the fluid expands and cant return to the reservoir, so it goes to the only place it can, putting more pressure on the caliper piston, causing more drag on the disc, creating more heat in the caliper and making the fluid expand more until the rear wheel locks up.
Make sure you do not over fill the reservoir, as mentioned it expands as it heats up. Have seen this on a friends Tuono, but he definitely had WAY too much fluid in the resv.

Now there are 4 "Cylinders" on my ride, inline of course!
ding, ding, ding, me to!!...i was trying to adjust the pedal height for less pedal travel like my SV, so, i adjusted it...well, seems on these Eyetallion bikes all that does is ENGAGE THE CYLNDER... needless to say, after a 15 min trip on the xway, as i pulled up to the light, it came to a stop, except i wasn't touching EITHER brake!!! so, yeah i hope i didn't smoke the caliper, kinda ate up the rotor a bit...re-adjusted it and the wheel rolled free, course i gots no rear brake for now...
and i'd like to say, the bouncing boooobs sig pic is tough to type to...
rulz, we donn neeeed no steeenkin rulz....
inside rulz!!
you need to adjust the pin in the lever linkage so that it is NOT tight against the master cylinder plunger. Also check the condition of the caliper, that the piston can move freely & seal is in good condition.

So the last shop replaced my master and never adjusted the pushrod. so I smoked the caliper..... I replaced the caliper and now I broke the rod hope I can find one easily.
thanks for the help guys.
any suggestions for cheap rotors???![]()
What makes you think it needs to be replaced?
If it does, just keep an eye on the parts thread.
