I just got a whiff of this. Not much yet but maybe this will go somewhere?

The world of motorcycles could use a bit of orange.
Bikes:
2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.
gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)
The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

Looks like it doesn't weigh much

Looks like a fun little "about town" bike. Or a lot of fun in snaky, twisty mountains roads. Like where I live.
IF it ever gets to the US.
Which I am not holding my breath for.

What I read on the laverda Forum is that this is a design study only and will likely not see the light of day. Also the company making the motors, Vente, is not really known for quality motors. No word on id the crank is a 180 or not.
The older I get the faster I was.

To tell you the truth, even though I like 400's an air cooled triple 400 just doesn't do it for me. If it were to rev up to 14,500 rpm or more then I'd be interested.

Sigh. Yeah. Not likely to happen in the US.
A 400cc triple sounds fun to me. I seriously doubt it would be a 180 crank. Unless the guys running that company are as "special" as we are.
