    Koso dash

    Hello, does anyone know if it is true that you lose the fuel injection warning light when you fit the Koso dash to a ditch scooter. I tried to do the fault code reset after the throttle body reset and I don't think I did. My scooter runs like crap and sounds as if it is seizing up every two seconds. I lost a lot of power too. I am not sure if it is the 98 octane with ten per cent ethanol content that I filled the tank with two kilometres from home before I tried the tb reset. It rode home ok I am sure of it. Or is is the failed tb reset that is causing my problems. Any ideas?

    Yes, I heard you lose diagnostic ability when switching to the Koso.

    In my experience, Di-Techs hate high octane. All of mine run best on 85

    You can add a 12 volt LED to get around it I order some of these and they work great

    mine run better on 98 then 95 oct. thats the only we can choose between

    I'll check out the haynes manual for the wiring colours then I shall fit a pilot lamp there somewhere, I'll try and take some pictures of the job.
