when I occasionally ride with the young lads in the local sportbike club ( we leave the squids and noobs) the lads ALL have go-pros mounted everywhere. Somewhere on youtube you can see my carbon lion giving lessons ( you only see the tail) . And yes the films of the passes are often very incriminating evidence. But these boys edit the gopro and have used it to defend tickets when they edit out the other info - and what remains is specific to that stop . Exanple speed limit as they come over the hill to see the police and they film the full stop.

Contour offers a camera for helmets and it also has GPS. Try to tell the cop'er to ignore the other speeds and only look at the one that matters. I suppose the judge would agree cuz its the one that he caught you on (at least in the States). Also nice to look back and see your travels :}
