where can i get a solo seat for a 2004 plate rs50 ?

You mean like i have? (with out the Y-pannels atached) there hard to get but there the same for the RS50 and the RS125 1999-2005 models.

With the Y-pannels you can find here for the RS50 (note that these are need to be for the RS50, as the 125 has difrent shaped and longer Y-pannels) http://www.hubert-cycles.com/product.php?id_product=157

i disagree, the ones with y panels included are so much more sleek

I dont like them mate, but it looks ok on yours because your bike is all black.
I like the ones without better + you can use the glove compartment in the back still, even make it larger by cutting out the suport braces for the passenger seat (dont forget you need to make an alternative suport to hold the tailend up/stable, i made a bracket thats bolted trough the undertray behind the tailight unit so the bolts and rings are out of sight)
