    Heated grips for $12.50!

    http://ducati-motorcycle-parts.com/H...Overgrips.aspx

One of my good friends gave me a gift card for my recent birthday after I told him that I have always wanted heated grips for my falco.

I never thought that they would only cost me $12.50 including shipping. This is not an April fools joke! Today I rode for the first time with these on - wow - they get so hot, that even with thick winter gloves on, they are almost too hot.

If you have ever thought about getting a set, this is the best price I have ever seen - by far!

It was 90F today. If I use these in Texas, will my burning hands help keep my mind of the intense heat on the rest of my body?

The high temp at the airport here was 48f and the low was 39f today, much cooler where I live in the hills. Heat = goodness!

A motorcycle is a joy machine. It's a machine of wonders, a metal bird, a motorized prosthetic. It's light and dark and shiny and dirty and warm and cold lapping over each other; it's a conduit of grace, it's a catalyst for bonding the gritty and the holy.
