Maintanance on boats, docks, etc. so basicly everything.

haha i forgot about lmgtfy, ironically i used to use this a lot on my friends and now i see why you mean it's like the card bouncers have on their arms

yeah, a bit like a driving license, as a DL is required to drive/ride, the SIA is required for security, bouncer etc etc
