And there it goes...after roughly 4 years of "snooping around" this fantastic and endless source of valuable information - there goes my freshman entry post. Having just short of 40,000 miles combined miles on my now second Tuono V2 (first one had to be retired after letting fellow rider experience it...for not more than few hundred feet...) : question arises...who was the genius for letting that clear windscreen make it to our shores on the Tuono V4? How come we can't get the nice black/tinted screen like the rest of the world? Personal taste I guess...
Counting days until the Tuono V4 APRC is available for grabs here!

The windscreen is super cool actually, tinted or not. I am guessing that is a DOT thing so thank the government here. It has it's own little Gurney Bubble to clear the tachometer...so bad ass! Well I have to service out and test ride like 5 or 6 of these things today...gonna be rough...

Couple of observations. Will put one on scales this afternoon and photograph true wet weight as well. They feel REALLY light, like lighter than almost anything else to come out of a crate yesterday. Seating position is classic Tuono, aka, damn near perfect. Oh I can't wait to build or help build the first Tuono V4 Factory, that should be a fun project!

First pipe install...sounds fucking wicked! Put DB killer back in though, little more wicked than I liked without it!

Saving money is impossible w/ you guys taunting us like crack dealers. Not fair. You know were all junkies, some of us have an incurrable diaease that subsides until a new batch of toys come in. Then it's back off the wagon again.
Only if we understand...can we conceive of the paradoxical phenomenon that people who are afraid of living are also especially frightened of death.

Faring still looks like a bug. I suppose the answer is so goddam what, I suppose. Bad ass!
    Bikes:
    2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.

gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)

The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

    must....have....racing....need....carbon....fiber. ...
*New studies show that the active ingredient in Methamphetamines that causes wild sexual urges and the need to use ones body in a destructive manner is actually dehydrated Aprilia Tuonos. Italy has failed to make a statement.*

-Which do you most can't the least?
