    Is a steering stabilzer avalible?

I would like to put a steering stabilizer on my 11 DD12. I seen one at gpr for a 09 750. But I am not sure if they interchange. Does anyone know if it fits or if there is any for the 1200.

Your 1200 needs a stabalizer? I never had a hint of needing one on mine, but I would imagine the grp would fit. I think hyper makes one as well.

I ride a few bikes that all have stabilzers and I have gotten used to the tight steering feel so its just a personal preferance.

Thanks. I think I will call gpr and see if the 750 dorsoduro unit will work on the 1200 also. I can't find a good place to buy the hyperpro in the us and also doesn't specify that it will work with the 1200.

Ss 327, how did you make out with the stabilizer? Hyper pro now was one listed for the 1200 DD.

I ended up going with GPR they told me to try out the Dorsoduro 750 kit and see how it fits. Everything went on pretty good except for the bracket that connects by the ignition and I had to trim about 1/16" off the base. other than that it was perfect. I took a trip to California last week ended up being 1149 miles and i really liked the way the stabilizer made the bike feel on the freeway and down aggressive switch backs. I also ordered Leo Vince exhaust because my stock gutted exhaust started to annoy me it was way to loud and pingy sounding. hopefully the Leo's are deeper.

On your long trip, how was the comfort of the DD 1200? The DD 1200 and the Tuono V4R are in the running for being one of my next bike purchase.... and I'm just looking for some real world reviews on each

I started the trip thinking it was going to be pretty bad but it ended up being great. I also have a few more bikes and this is the most comfortable out of them all. The only down side i feel is that you are always in the wind and have no way to really get tucked. If i started to get tired i would just stand up like on a dirt bike and that made it great.
