    2012 edition of not starting

Ok, I'd admit. It runned last year 10k km, without any major problems
just a tiny o-ring on the injector blewed/melted away .

this year, after not starting the bike in 3 months orso , the bike won't pressurize the fuel pump
I just hear a little & very short chizzling that's it.
it did a few weaks ago the same, after 20 times ignition on of it did the normal chizzling sound of the pump and it started.

    I pulled everything out
maybe it's not wiring in the fuelpump
it was ok, measurements reads out the wire is alive. (or not)
12v on the pumps give a spin, not noisy thoo... (or should I hear a vacuumcleaner )

the boot of wiring is looking like this

soft & spongy, ethanol is doing it's job, that's why Caponord is not compatible with E10 fuel
the o-ring a bit leaky on the pic. so need the swap that one too, with a Viton ring

the corrugated pipe looked fine. filter is 8k km old.

I'll going to check the injectors.....

    update :

found the cause of not priming the fuel pump

    it was this little bastard

it works, but sometimes it don't
so have a spare in your bike, this thing is unreliable
although it says MADE IN JAPAN

It's part of the starting safety system involving the clutch lever switch, sidestand switch, neutral switch.
