Ha! I recently bought a replacement fairing panel from Greece. Guess what happened?
Yep, held up by Aus Customs for 3 weeks...

Lovely people, beautiful girls, brilliant scenery (crap economy!) tolerable alcohol - but clearly, someone in Customs does NOT like stuff coming from Greece - which is pretty odd, since Melbourne is the second-largest Greek city in the world....

Stuff arrives from China and Honkers in 3-4 days, US 5 days, UK about a week, usually - as Andrew says, it's just Germany & Greece that seem to annoy some gnomes in Customs House - maybe they're allergic to countries that start with G!

No idea which bars are better but good news is - postman knocked on my door today with big heavy box from Germany...exactly 20 days since I paid. I am going to be very busy next weekend...and hope to get them fitted before Easter as I expect to explore Flinders Ranges Nat Park ! But Capo needs her arse raised too :-(

Raising the arse is easy - a pair of $10 plates and ten minutes to fit them; I can even lend you a standard set to measure and compare to the RR ones so you can make your own.

Thanks Steve, I will keep your kind offer in mind. I was going to fit Hyperpro at back first and test. Than maybe dog bones too.
But I am confused now as Moto Italia told me today "Adam, I dont use or recommend progressive rate springs at all. Neither do most people with suspension experience." ???

No - it's not (just) a brand-name - it's a description of a type of winding that has varying rates of compression resistance and can be found anywhere.

Thanks for the School Lesson Precis, however I do know what progressive springs are !! I already have them fitted in my V-strom forks.

However I did not realize that they suppled progressive springs for rear shocks as there is a shock/damper inside the spring that controls compression and rebound !!

Well, you DID capitalise it - like a brand name!

talking about pretty girls in europe, single men from any country need to go to latvia first because 70% of the latvian population are females! Gosh those girls are suffering so bad to get married, almost no single guy in the country. Just go to the bar, grab a beer and sit, they will come and get you even u r a shy one! been there 6 times as a shy one! my pocket was full of girls names and numbers in a few days and didnt know which one is which and couldnt keep up with all that. okay, Okay lets get back to the topic. i need crash bars too for my 07 capo and i ordered them from go AZ Aprilia dealer 6 weeks ago and still waiting to receive it! Is there a web site in germany or something i can order them quicker or any ideas?
