Just a thought but is it any cheaper unpainted?
I still have some colour matched paint from doing my panniers.

For the 06' onward capo, any idea what the paint code for the front fender is? I see RAL codes, just not sure what the closest would be. Any suggestions?

Any other Aussies wanting a hugger? If so, we can probably combine postage into Aus and then just pay the internal rate individually?
Andrew? John? Adam? Albi? George? Les? Luke? Kev? Rosscoe? Steve (no, not me!)?
I have a feeling these huggers will keep sand/rain/mud off both the rear shock and those pesky coils.
If it cuts the cost, I'd just as soon have mine in matte black; if it's colour-matched, it'll show up dirt more - and I suspect it's going to be a sod of a thing to clean.

I'd like to die on Mars. Just not on impact.
The appropriate number of cylinders for any motorcycle is two.
Would it not be better to supply them all the same color, ie, Gloss black, in order to keep the production costs and end price down ??

I agree with the high production method of one single color. Black is probably the most common?

Just to clarify one point. Shipping costs are an estimate from post office. Once I get one hugger packed up I will get accurate prices. However there should only be a difference of a couple of pounds if there is.
The colour of the finished hugger doesn't make a difference to the price. Mark has his own paint mixer, so black or red, same price and no more difficult to make.
Carbon is an issue. He will price for it but did seem reluctant when we talked about it. He did say it would cost a lot more though.
I can pack a couple of huggers in together (Aus or Eire etc) to save postage but I will have to get postage costs specific to size and weight of boxed huggers.
Will be about a fortnight till I get first hugger to fit to my bike. Prior to fitting I will pack and weigh it, confirm ripping prices.
That all make sense?

Love a bit of black, put me down for one.
