    2001 Ducati ST4

Buying a very clean 2001 ST4 from a private party in Oregon. Can anyone recommend an honest, reasonable shipper that goes to that part of the country. Having the bike shipped from there to Minneapolis.

I just took delivery of an '02 Foggy Monster S4 and a '02 998 Monoposto from Seattle. I used an outfit called "Evergreen Motorsports" and was well satisfied. The owners name is Jay Abbruscato and he resides in Golden, Colorado. He has an enclosed trailer and a Dodge turbo diesel towing rig. Telephone # is (303) 216 1867.

There have been several good threads on US shippers - here is one: http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/s...=bike+shippers

I've used Unishippers and Fedex. Unishippers was less.

You mean Fedex? Yes, they shipped a bike from FL to CA for me. It was a little over $500. I had to go pick it up from their distribution center since they wouldn't deliver to a residential address.

Couldn't close the deal, so bought an Aprilia Futura instead. Thanks for all the feedback though.

I used to have a ST4. You made the right choice.
    Bikes:
    2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.

gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)

The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

goto Uship.com and submit a job and people will take bids for it, I got my DD750 from a seller in florida that way, took almost 2 weeks and cost $400 for reference, also arrived in perfect shape and had good communication with the shipper and the seller so, good luck with your ship.
Life's too short to ride, drink, or smoke crap.
    Rides-

    07.5 Aprilia RSVR trick, (totaled)

I actually set up a reverse bid on Uship when I was still dealing on the ST4 in Oregon. Got 1 response from a guy who had been in the freight business for many years and was now on his own, specializing in motorcycles and cars (if I remember correctly). His price was $475 plus $20 for something that I don't remember right now. That was $100+ dollars less than the next closest price and 2 - 4 hundred less than most. I wish I could remember his name.
