Patrick recommended 0.40mm reeds for my setup I think..
However 0.30, 0.35 and 0.40 is included in the kit!
Hehe, I'm used to running with the stock reed so think I'll feel a biiiig difference anyway!
Does anyone know if those reeds are good, or should I go for something else?
stock reeds normally dont last very long with a set up like that, and run like a bag of shit anyway
if the reeds are too thin they wont close in time to keep the compression but because they are thinner you get better throttle response because they can open quicker and easier
when they are too thin they can permanently bend open slightly due to the excessive wear from a bbk
if they are way to thin then there is a chance they can rip off with the increase of pressure on them and wizz round the crankcase ruining crank bearings ect

0,35 would be better 40 is quite big,
Chrism you are wrong
If they are too thin at high rpms they will start to hover and the bike will run shit
