if youre getting black smoke out the pipe then its far too rich smaller main jet will be the answer but im sorry havnt got a clue what size
Dont think its to rich if you got a Malossi filter on there... but in an other thread i already recomended to take that off and fit the stock airbox back on, its better, and easier to set up than, and you probably even get more power out of your setup, and all this especialy aplies in winter.
It might be you popped a oil seal, or the cilinderhead gasket is leaking cooling fluid.
black smoke usally means too much fuel
white smoke is oil or white steam could be water
but as patrick says good place to start is the air filter
if its blooked or not letting the right amount off air through then it will ritchen the fuel/air mixture
its a very comon mistake to make that a aftermarket air filter will improve performance but it very rarly does and they are always wanting attention if you do get them set up right they get more dirt than a standard fillter and also hold water as they are sucking everything in unlike the standard filtters that have a little protection from the weather due to being in a enclosed air box
Im putting my money on a bad oil seal however i still agree it could be to rich
All oil seals we're replaced and are fine, and I don't have the standard air box , can you not turn the amount of oil you let in from the carb, also it only smokes on a morning and it is white smokee

if its white smoke its oil which is normal to a point
black smoke is too much fuel not enough air nothing to do with the oil pump
and its comon to have a little more white smoke when sarted from cold than after its warmed up
But a lot of oil is coming out of the exhaust that isn't gettin burnt and is just being spat out the exhaust

It's 2 stroke, get used to it. My rs doesnt have fairings so I get plenty of splatter and have to wipe it down after every ride.
sorry missread original post thought it was black smoke not black oil it is common to have a a little oil around the tail pipe on a 2 stroke
it depends what you class as a lot of oil
you could try disconecting the oil pump and running on pre mix add 100ml of 2 stroke oil to 5 ltrs of petrol in a can give it a good shake about to mix it but better putting oil in first then add the fuel to help mix it then poor it into drained fuel tank
if you try this take the cable off the pump disconect the oil pipe and block both ends to stop air being drawn in to the carb/manifold and also to stop any oil being pumped out
but if it was burning too much oil this would be white smoke
hmm jet sounds about right to me

White Smoke = Cooling Fluid
Blue Smoke = 2 Stroke Oil
Black Smoke = Gearbox Oil
If the engine is cold and you start it the white smoke is condensation from the moisture over night, wen the engine is warm it should disapear.
If you dont do long enough rides for the engine and especaily tghe exhaust to heat up fully than condensation vaports and unburned residue togethert with sooth mix into a black oily gunk wich drips from the exhaust.
Wen my engine is fully warm and i put a white cloth behind the exhaust and rev it the cloth stays white, no spray what so ever, the only thing you might see its that it turns a little carramel brown from the exhaust gass and heat.
You need to take the pump off, or remove the gear that drives it or the oilpump seizes up.
These bikes run 1:35 mix, not 1:50, and with his setup the oilpump is never gonna put out to much oil, infact he needs to add an adtional 1:100 to 1:50 (1:50 because he doesnt have a stock airbox) trough the feul with the oilpump working.
