    i've drilled and threaded a tensioner plug and fitted inside a long M8 bolt.

    Hey guys. Just a suggestion but is there any reason not to just flip the sprocket around to ever so slightly move the timing???

    No reason I can think of...actually it is borderline genius. Building a super special 1102cc right now so I will try it and see what the degree shift is on that one.

    Late-model cams are cast, not forged. Yes, now 1-piece construction, but they are cast, hollow, and not considered weldable for regrind purposes.
