NSR 125, damn im jelous!!! might be picking up a CBR125 in 2 weeks if all goes to plan although patrick has advised me against it

I did not... i think... i just said it pathetic, its got 14hp unrestricted...
as requested, some pics how i bought it, now its stripped down, majority of parts are at powder coaters, painters and engine tuners, should have some powder coated bits back very soon.. but enjoy
i bought another bike today, brand spanking new Aprilia RS4 125 getting it delivered on friday.. be nice have a four banger and a two banger 125 aswell as my little baby RS50

RS4 125 islooks nice from a little distance, but 14hp unrestricted is defenatly pretty poor compaired to the old 2 strokes who put out over twice that unrestricted.
You made a bloody good job mate looks pretty dam good. you got me wanting to do one now. how much did it set you back (without spraying)

It's a good idea wearing gloves when fibreglassing, i always forget and have red/sore hands a few weeks after.

Patrick, aprilia do a 'race kit' for them to take them up to 25bhp but charge £700 for them, get a lot of engine tuning for that
And cheers ronnebear, when i was doing i wore disposable gloves and a disposable decorators suit, and a cheap dust mask, i ended up fine :P
Also glen, it cost around £15 to make minus painting :P could make a tidy profit on them but i've got make air inlets for kawasaki er6 race bikes
