and sorry for the long delay guys, money has been an issue, and have been focusing on minor things of rubbish interest (e.g. needed to find a way to get around not having a key to open the petrol tank + fitting a battery holder + waiting for a fuel tap to arrive + wiring and other bits and bobs)

will take some pictures as it currently stands soon, just getting it running again after it pissed coolant into the engine oil due to a shit gasket round the crank casing :P

it doesn't look much different but its 95% done from running and riding so ill be stripping it down and prepping it for spraying soon, and this time money allows

exhaust sprayed with aluminium and prepped ready for paint


custom tail tidy in the making - just needs to be folded and drilled

patrick, do you know if them af1 wheels you first suggested are the same as the 125 ones? I can find 125 af1 1993 wheels on ebay but cant find any 50 ones. Was wondering if they were different? Besides the bigger tyre :P

There difrent mate, but they may fit, problem is i got no way to see if they do fit on a 50 or not

i think they'd fit, but looking at it, the af1 125 wheel would sit backwards, as the swingarm is on the opposite side, so it'd be like turning the rim backwards.

quick question, would this fit my rs50, if not, why, and could i use it with a vacuum petrol tap?

sucks, cant find any cheap 17.5mil or 19mm carbs for an rs50, need something with a vacuum nipple ideally

this is all i can find on adrenalin mate , theres a new 21mm carb by tnt that looks good BUT 21mm is a little big .......... all the other carbs like the tnt 17.5mm is out of stock, polini 19.5mm is out of stock, and the delorto 17.5mm is outta stock TOO :/

think 24mm carb wud be way to big as even a 21 mm carb is going bit far

thanks for the offer, but 21mm is enough of a bitch to set up, let alone 24mm :P

can easily pick up a 21mm for 60-70 quid, but cant find any 17 or 19's anywhere, for less than 110 anyway :P

adrenaline pedstop have a FEW dellorto 17.5mm phbn"s for like £45 new but there all outta stock :/ thats why i looked on their for you but i dont know when they get there nxt order

anyone know if this carb will be alright? seems the same as the 17.5 on adrenalin, its cheap i know, but i want it to do the job aha, as long as it runs ok :P also comes with vacuum n oil nipples for automatic feeds, which i need ;D
