    Hi Ghostrider 1200,

Your bike looks stunning, what exhaust do you have on your bike?

It feels exactly the same as my Arai Chaser II which was 1200/1300 or somewhere thereabout, and possibly a tiny bit heavier than my RX-7, but maybe I'm just imagining it...

I think this helmet's thing is that it's designed to be used in a sitting upright position, whereas my Arai lids for example are purely superbike helmets designed with the lean forward posture in mind.

Only 1 tiny downside with this helmet is the removeable chin guard may need to be removed in summer if it's a very hot day or it can get a bit stuffy in the helmet when standing still with the visor closed. Like I said it's a tiny downside
    Hi TheJAY

Thanks for that. Whats the $ damage for one of these?

I bought a Shoei Qwest and I ain't impressed!. The wind noise is horrific on the DD (stock standard pipe)......half an hour of riding and you ears are ringing. Plugs help, but if one even comes half out (like happend to me) you get a thick ear. On top of that, at 120km/h it starts to lift off and your head bobs around...it just crap. If you go in the Youtube blurb about Qwest you would think it was near silent, and just the best thing yet,.......it just a load of bollocks!.

I was lucky enough to win the Aprilia Carbon RSV4 Helmet in a Motor Bike Mag promotion, very nice. This a different animal, with the wind noise what you would expect and absolutely no head bobing....it just tracks, no worries. It doesn't need a pin lock visor and it doesn't fog, but the airflow over your face is massive and with that it brings all the bugs and so forth and is hard on your eyes. I cant seem to control the volume of air other than using a neck tube. So, I'm gunna flick the Shoei and look for something else and the Nolan interests me.
I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken

Some tape I found on ebay, can't remember the store. Do a search there, it tapers wide to thin and has 3 slash sections at the start. If you get that type be careful starting as the slash sections can stay on the backing tape when you remove it. Hope that helps.

No photo, but since people always ask for sound-videos of exhausts:

it seems youtube isn't finished editing the video yet..
