Not sure, dont have access to any tzr's here. Looked for some time..

The YZ125 is easily available for around $1000...

Going to test one now.. If the bike is solid I'll get it and be able to start fitting the engine this week..

For 1000 dollars you can get pretty far on tuning a AM-6 engine and turn it into a screamer at 14000rpm's, i know what option i pick

I know, I've read many threads about engine swaps and you say that in every one.

The engine in the bike was a Top 75cc big bore kit, Jollymoto full pipe with Carbon endcan, Dellorto 21mm Race carb with foam filter, Ducati ign. box, Carenzini racing crankshaft, Bernett clutch, Pirelli MT75 tires.

and was real fun, but this 2000 YZ125 I just bought freaking rips and shreads way more then the tuned RS ever could. ~33-35HP... Here's the new bike:

It's already got a bunch of good parts on it, and it runs great. $700. Job done.

Got the custom sprocket lined up, and ordering tomorrow. Will be pulling the engine out of the YZ tomorrow also.. Stay tuned..

Not really wel, but if you dont do anything crazy and remember the bike is extremly light and overpowerd wen you dive into a corner you should be ok, even a tuned AM-6 15HP or more RS50 wil give you a serious problem if you run over a bump or something in a corner.

    engine swap

I can't wait to see some pictures. I am starting a build on my friends rs50.
I am putting a YZ85 in his bike. I put a KX85 in mine and it screems. Both of these bikes are track bikes. If you plan to use you bike on the street I suggest getting a lighting coil from HPI igintion to run your lights. Keep us updated on your progress.
