It has a old set of anakee 2's on it. The bike had tkc's when I got and the owner taken these anakees off it. The front is older than he rear. It's worn enough I could change it. I will try that next.

When i put a new set of Conti road attacks on it made all the difference the turn in was quick and sure it was like riding a different bike and my suspension height is standard with Touratech front springs and a Hyperpro rear. steve

Ok guys my front tire was the issue. I put a new Anakee 2 on, raised the forks to be flush in the clamps with the RR links in the back. I also serviced my forks with new 20 weight oil.
The bike handles Awesome now. Rolls into the corners so easy. On smooth roads the hyper pro springs are not bad. I just did a 800 mile trip last weekend and was blown away by how fast I was riding in the corners. I have my RR shock dialed in pretty damn good and on both rough and smooth roads it worked great. The hyperpro springs on the rough lost coast road where HORRIBLE. They are way too stiff and the forks have too little rebound.
The center stand will not lift the rear off the ground unless the road is a bit un even. The side stand still works but the bike is a much higher lean. I also noted the bike is a little harder to handle in slow traffic. I got stuck in 101 traffic trying to get over the golden gate bridge this weekend on my way to training in sf and it was a handful.
So the rr links are 100mm and the stock are 104mm. I think a 102mm set of links with the front lowered to the second ring would be a better option and would keep the bike lower to the ground.
When I get the traxxion dynamics AK-20's in the front I’m going to check the before and after rider sag. I know these hyper pro springs ride higher that stock. If there is considerably more rider sag I think I will put the stock links back on and lower the fork to the second ring. If not then I will leave it as is.
For anyone running the hyperpro forks springs I highly recommend the set up I ran this weekend. The rear jacked up with 100mm links really helped the bike handle and there was no head shake at all.
Amasing what a new tyre can do for you, on posts going back a while quite a few have said that the 20 weight oil is too thick with Hyperpro springs and have dropped to 15 or 12.5 to get their desired feel, mine has Touratech springs with 12.5 weight oil but having said that my springs don't use a spacer like the Hyperpro so in theory have more travel before they become coil bound. Suspension is a very personal thing and what suits one doesnt suit someone else. Glad it's sorted . Steve
I tired15 weight oil and the lack of rebound was worse. The springs are just too stiff once you get into the second set of coils. I never got to try the bike with stock springs so I'm not sure what they were like.
Parx, that fork oil you used seems a bit heavy. That would certainly make the Hyperpro springs stiffer. try12wt
Ride it like its stolen

Reducing the quantity of oil slightly will give a bigger air gap which will allow more compresion due to air being compresable
