A carbon Arrow silencer arrived in the mail today.. Need to mod the expansion chamber so the silencer sits closer inwards, sits too far out the back.
ronnebear, might look nice if you make the exhaust silencer come straight down the middle of the tail and pop the silencer out of the top of the reg plate below the brake light like they are on the new type RS - might be hard though..

Got the exhaust fully mounted but for the springs on the front which i need to get. Hooked up the radiator and over flow bottle. Mounted the ignition to the frame near the engine. Front end should be fitted later next week.

I dont have spacers myself. But, i did say what i would machine some at.
I would be interested in buy a set of the rear side panels, from 1995-1997 i think will all fit the same.

BTW. you want to use something more stiff than the strip the silencer hangs from now mate, or make really sure the pipe cant move sideways at all, otherwise its gonna rip off the mounting on the expansionchamber

ive got a set of rear side panels from a 97 rs50 if your interested, theyre not in the best of condition, definitely wanting spraying ofcourse, if your interested lemme know n ill check em over for any scrapes or cracks, think theyre fine though

Been getting little things done. It should be going in a few weeks, but then i said that 3-4 months ago.
Ahwell.
Got the triples fitted and forks in place, just need to get a nut, then the wheel goes in and she'll be lowered off the hoist. Have to get the rear tail, front gaurd and aluminium tank made. I've gone with super GP bars instead of clip-ons. And painted the expansion chamber, had rust starting to come through the factory clear shit, looks better black. Also have to get all the wiring done. Will get some pics up soon. Cheers
