    We've been testing the apps for the last 2 weeks and think they work great. Lots of functionality and very easy to use. Post here from your smart phone once your app is installed!

    For those without either an android or iphone, please know that we are also working on a general mobile version of the site and more platform specific apps may be available in the future.

    Some other forums I use a lot have got free Android apps, so I would use this one if it was free too.

    We would love to offer them for free, but there was an associated cost with developing them that needs to be recouped. Additionally, if they were free they would be plastered with ads, and we are unwilling to blatantly spam our registered members with unwanted ads.

    Good call on the "no ads" thing Ted. It's only a one-time $1.99 cost. I pay twice that for a cheap beer.


    I just bought it, but it is hanging up on the "authorizing purchase" screen. Maybe the store's been over-run with orders?

    itunes or android? Either way, that error is out of our hands. Let me know if the error persists and I'll see what limited strings I can pull.
