    2000.5 mille R battery

    Hi All
I need to replace the battery on my 2000.5 mille R. IS the
Yuasa YTX-12BS from AF1 racing the one to get? Is there a better choice they or some one else sells? I am a new owner and your advice would be appreciated. Thanks
    C

Honestly it would be a good time to go ahead and upgrade the solenoid and the battery. The solenoid part number is 4KD-81940-00. I used that and a YTX-14bs and she starts immediately. Just a thought if you had an extra dollar or two.

Fits my 2003 fine, so it shouldnt be a problem. The battery hold-down (cant think of the right term) wont work without a longer bolt and spacer, but thats the only issue.
