I just came back from a spin, and noticed that when my handle bar is pointed to the left when sitting on bike, throttle does not return in closed position, and when straight its ok.
Is it possible that they have been fed trough the wrong way, or are they too small????

Your cables are almost certainly wrongly routed; might be worth checking any pictures you can find on the forum of other bikes with the tanks off and compare them to yours - unless there's a diagram in the workshop manual?

The appropriate number of cylinders for any motorcycle is two.
Steve,
you where right, I replaced the cables and yes thei where put in place the wrong way.
The cables where running above the radiator and where cutting in to the rubber outing of the cables, I made some pic. but havent posted them yet.
But the throttlebody is still sticking.

Even with cables routed correctly, take care not to have the tension too tight. That is a common cause of throttle binding at steering lock. Every time you adjust throttle tension, take care to test "return to stop" action at full right and left steering before setting the check nut on the cable. And then check it again after setting the check nut.
Yep and theyre a hoor for catching in the lhs lockstop which messes them up.

Thanks,
but the throttlebody it self sticks with no cables and nothing, I opend and closed the throttle by hand and when it springs back in position, it sticks when trying to open again.
I dont seem to see, if it is the shaft that holds the flaps or the flaps itself.

Some suitable petrol additive injector cleaner probably couldn't hurt, but while the tank is off, make sure there's no grit and dirt in the mechanism on the outside of the throttle-bodies - sounds like a job for WD40.

Doesn't Big Steve have shares in WD40?![]()

Though my throttle did return closed by itself, it did feel sluggish.
I decided while working in the area it was a good move to resolve it.
I removed the throttle body assembly, throttle position sensor, and injectors. Flushed it in a parts washer. Blow dry, clean everything up.
The throttle now snaps closed.
I placed the tank on with a block of wood holding it up for me to access the adjustment screw and ballanced them with carb sticks.
Nice.
I don't like how much oil ends up in the bottom of the air box. Seems as if the crankcase vent line from the rear valve cover really adds quite a mist. This coats the inlet tracks with a oily sludge and binds the throttle butterflies giving you something else to do.
Hope you clear up your issue.
NJjeff, thanks for your tip,
my throttlebody returnes nicely and no problems there, its when its closed that it gets stuck, but once open no problems at all, the initial attempt to open it is where the problem is, when riding I dont feel it,its only when engine is off.
I did use injector cleaner and did some difference in responds of stady accelleration with no holes. Did about 300km with 18L of fuel, which is about 6L per 100 km thats between city, hills and some freeway.
Thanks for your help and Bike is back in one piece, when I grow some more balls, I will take throttlebody and stripp it to bits, it does my head in.

Alby

Despite what any manual says....ALWAYS lube your cables. Moisture gets into the cable sheath and can quickly rust cables, causing sticking.
I have a proper cable lubing device and I use it every service. I have been using Honda proprietry cable lubricant for close on 20 years, only because someone gave me a can on the race paddock when I was a kid and have never used anything else.
It's a peice of cake to do and you will notice how silky the throttle action is.
