Could just be an empty box - foolish if you bid without checking the contents.

I've just bought a portable X-ray machine for looking at pipelines, welds etc and it could easily be used to look inside a crate like this. It's a backpack with a c-arm. What's really cool is it has HUD so you look like the terminator when using it.

The YAMAHA/BMW/TRIUMPH dealer in Wollongong has a brand new/in crate Kawasaki KR250 in the shop. It's the old tandem twin model.Drop in and have a look,if you're in the area. It's upstairs. He has removed the outer cover of the box so the bike can be viewed. In those days the bikes came in a full timber crate.

Local Suxuki Dealer has a Lucky Strike RGV, assembled but never started and no fluids, scary looking at the tryes that passed for sports bike tyres back then, they look like knobbies...

I had a couple of RGV's[a K and an N model] and remember those tyres on the '92 model. From memory they were Bridgestone "cyrox".They did look a bit like wets, especially the rear, but they did ball up-nicely and had good edge grip, for a road tyre.......when new.

Aaaaaaahhhh memories. Hard to believe it's nearly 20 years ago.

That crate looks stained a bunch. Water damage? rust bucket? You just dont know. What fool would buy it without looking at it? He would get more money if he opened at least one end....
