TTX Shock
Yep, just arrived on my doorstep!
I picked up a used one from KWS, they might have one left. They had several built for the DSB '09 season. Hydraulic pre-load, etc...
They were built by öhlins techs using (I believe) the top from the R1 unit ('08?), the numbers stamped on the top are YA 7880.
I just got it, so I'll be putting it on in the next couple/few days as time permits.

What is the going rate for a used TTX?

What are you doing with your old (worthless) Ohlins ?
Good question. My plan initially was to sell it, now I'm not so sure. If I ever sell the bike (for a T V4, maybe) then I'd put the stocker back on and sell the TTX. That's of course IF I ever sell it, although I really have no plans to do so. This bike F#&king rocks! So, to answer your question... I don't know (yet).

Ah, just set the sag and dialed it in somewhat...
I LOVE this shock!!! I definitely feel more connected to the road, and feedback is much better as well over the stock öhlins unit, not that it was bad, of course, it's just that the TTX is well, like magic!!!
If the other spare from KWS is still available, I'd grab it in a heartbeat if I had another bike that could use it. Great deal on an otherwise "unobtanium" part!
