Update on mods to my other Italian stallion

Some pics of my MV and the mods i have done to it thus far, tried to keep the stealth look as much as possible, the wheels look superb in silver so they are staying as they are.

    Fitted:-

    Arrows RG3
    Mid pipe
    PC111 and custom mapped
    BMC race filter
    Zero Gravity screen
    dark headlight lens protector
    Ottimoto rearsets
    Various bits of carbon fibre
    Smoked rear light cluster
    Smoked indicator lenses on front
    Oberon indicators on rear
    Perforated leather seat from Ade
    STM preload adjusters
Maxton rear shock with high/medium/low speed compression damping
    Maxton revalved and resprung forks
    Performance 0 degree clip ons
    SBS pads

Engine is superb now and have it set up better to my liking, still needs a bit of fettling but a lot better than when i got her.

Anyway some pics of the thing to date

    Beautiful machine, but.........

your roads look awful........I think you need some off-road tires installed.

Looks great, I love the satin black/silver wheels. That's what I plan on doing with my Mille. Does the company that made the seat have a website?

Chuck he lives in the Isle of Man and runs Lorraines Seat Factory, he can do them for a Mille no problem, great to deal with. email addy is adriancritten@iom.com

Mikey, clips ons are Performance products with a 0 degree angle, the standard ones are way too focused for road use.

Aye, and my roads are not too good, those are the better ones where the pics were taken

    Cheers guys,

I fitted a set of Brembo Ultralights to the MV about two weeks ago and jeez are these things light, i thought the box only had one wheel in it and was shocked to find two.

    Weights: Front 2.9Kg (6.4lb); Rear 3.2Kg (7.0lb). Combined weight 6.1kg (13.4lb) - standard MV wheels weigh 11.6kg (25.55lbs).

That combined with the lightweight Power Pures has shed some amount of weight, thing wheelies everywhere now, can't believe the difference it has made to the bike, pic below of her new shiny Brembos
