JB Weld worked perfectly for fixing my Mille in a racetrack environment and the repair lasted all summer long. I've done it on many other brands over the years as well and it always worked. There are those here who say JB Weld will not work. They are wrong.

When this happened to me, several folks suggested reattaching the radiators with zip ties instead of bolts so that the tabs would not rip off if I crashed again. Well, I crashed again. They were right! The zip ties failed and the radiator survived.

Numerous people have used it on cracked radiator mounts on the Falco forum, and they say it works really well.

Or you can do it yourself with this rod and a plumbers torch.

    PP is correct.

Both of my temporarily JB welded radiators have remained leak-free for over 4 years and more than 45,000 miles. I am about ready to consider the repair permanent.

Just clean the wound thoroughly, let it cure, and be on your way.
