Pretty much exactly what I was contemplating for my track Mille over the winter. Now that I've seen your sketch, I see that it would be as pretty as I thought. If I get so motivated, you may not have the only one!

Thanks man! I don't have CS2 and most likely I won't be duplicating the stickers but only the general look of the bike's graphics and colors. I still may do white and gold, since it would look good with the OZ wheels. I've been stressing for a year as to what paint job I'll give her. This year the bike started with a white vinyl wrap and I gradually added road rash stripes as the track season progressed...
You did an awesome job on that illustration!

that looks nice i was thinking about doing something like that toned down a bit as not to attract the attention of overzealous law enforcement officers. i would love to see the end result, keep us posted!

    Love it!

I have been jonesing for a custom paint job after one of our riders did a nasty low-side on her blue SV1000S, and had it redone in green. A little darker then Kawi green. It turned out great. I'm leaning towards Ducati Tri Color 1098.

Anyone have that file where you could do custom paints on a scale RSV outline?

I'm gonna have to disagree here....to me, it seems ridiculous to put race livery on a bike in which that model of bike never raced in that livery....I have always wanted to create a perfect replica of Troy Corser's 2001 (?) Mille, the one where he won both of the first races of the year in Spain (I believe).

Creating a first gen Mille with Alitalia livery is almost as silly as the Kawasaki I saw with the Castrol Honda race rep theme on it...REALLY silly....and the guy couldnt GIVE it away when he tried to sell it....

So there is my two cents worth...

The cool thing about motorcycles is that you get to do what you want to the one you own. Vance & Hines and Muzzy streetbike replicas used to be a popular homemade deal back in the day, as were Lucky Strike and Marlboro. I've seen a bunch of Rossi rep R1 and R6 machines at the track in the last few years and near as I can remember, he never raced either. Tons of people do their track bikes as if they were sponsored by Red Bull or Monster. The bikes get a lot of compliments if they are well done and their owners enjoy the attention. As long as it makes you happy and the mods aren"t dangerous, why not? You could even bolt canard fins to your fairing...
