You're referring to the alternator side connectors, right?
I've pulled both apart and all is good. I measured the AC voltage at the top connector (alland get ~63 @ 4k. So that's good. Checked everything I could think of and today I get 13.65 @ idle and 13.9 @ 4K. I need to find someone in my area with a known to be good R/R for a test.

FH016 unit on my new bike Rally Raid
very tight fit !, it just has a few mm space left on right upper edge.
as usual 1 bolt is enough.
this time I used very thick 6mm2 wires,very unhandy fitting it on the connectors, but I managed.
Metripack rated max. at 5mm2 wires
used some rubber to hold the connector in place & vibrate-less sitting

Finally fitted Stanleys FH008 and loom (a week before heading abroad on her
I was getting good voltage with my outgoing 2004> on rsvr rec reg (14.5 ish) but wanted the mosfet for the reliability.
(lights off) Voltage at idle: 14.39
(lights off) Volatge at 4k: 14.38
(lights on) Voltage at idle: 14.01
(lights on) Voltage at 4k: 14.16.
Must check it with my sat nav on too.
