Yeah, you broke the code. The time allowances allow the dealer to make $$$$. The hardest part is the tank removal just because the idiots don't put enough slack in the fueal supply and vent lines, IMO.![]()

From parts unknown.
Mine at dealers for 600 mile service as i type...expecting a £200 bill...gulp
Clocked up 605 miles as i was riding in at 9am...what a beautiful day down here to be adjusting valves!
Yep true...and will try the sport mode too....been in touring so far apart from 5 miles in rain mode.
Just having rubber footpegs fitted and will fit gel seat when i get home.
Will wait to 1 year birthday before getting some Arrows i think....will be interested to hear the difference...sound & performance difference etc
Will get some vids/pics posted up at the weekend if the weathers fit for it, looking like a typical bank hol weekend at the moment though![]()
Had mine checked at 600m and needed adjusting. Bjke sounds better now. Cost was £167 for 1st service.
Done 1200m now and tend to ride in sport all the time, bizzarely the shift light was set to 7,500rpm when I picked it up, changed it to 9000 so it kicks in just after max power but before rev limiter.
Got the factory suspension better now as well, for info - front compression backed off 3 clicks from std, 1 click added to rebound, spring preload wound off 1 full turn. Rear compression 1.75 turns out from max and the spring eased by 3/4 of a turn, rebound + 2 clicks. This has softened it off to suit our shitty roads and my eyes don't vibrate now! would go back harder for a smooth track though.
I've put the baffles back in the arrows too, seems smoother and no need to wear earplugs.
All in all I think its a great bike, suprised a few of the head down bum up brigades already

1st service done and im £156 worse off, valve clearances checked and all in good order. Arrow cans fitted and sounded, removed the baffles and now sounds
On my 2nd warranty claim already though, the reset feature on the mode switch doesn't work so cant access the menu or reset the trip computer etc.... Dealer has put one on order for me so should be sorted in a week or so.
Got 3 thou gap on two inlets and a couple of eights on exhausts, getting the shims done monday will see what they say.I could just get the 3 under there.
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure?.
My first service was £75 as it was subsidised by Aprilia, but they did not change my oil or filter so i'm damned sure they didnt check the valves.
Bike now has 2800 miles and every now and then it runs like it is running out of fuel, missing. Any ideas?

Agreed 75 for what did they really change the oil and no filter what the hell,
