Anyones got a dashboard for sale?

    Hi!

I need a new dash or parts from a broken dash.
My tachometer has been brooken for a few years and I´m going to try and fix the problem.
So if any of you got an old or broken dash that you want to get rid of, contact me.

    Thanx!

Also note that early RSV's and Tuono's will have the same dash (but a red/orange backlight instead of green-kinda cool if you ask me). I think even the RS250 uses the same dash.

I saw one a few weeks ago on the "parts for sale" forum. I think it was going cheap.

Also, a big Unlike the Futura/Capo dashes, we can switch ours between english/metric easily. That should give you more oportunities for finding one.

Yeah, I need one, too. My tach needle doesn't park where it should (it falls down all the way to above the shift light) so my revs are probably indicating lower than they should. Not sure if I really care all that much though.

If memory serves (very dangerous at my age) didn't someone gently pull the needle of the stepper motors shaft and put it back on aligned properly

They look the same, but the tach is different on the 250. IIRC

Is the miles stored in the dash or in the CPU??
I mean if I change the dash do I change the mileage on the bike?

People seems to be asking for the miles on the used dashboards I´ve seen on eBay.

    Anyone?

I have 2 RSV Mille (Red background on the RPM) ones for sale. One of them is cheaper because of higher mileage. If you are interested PM me.

Mine did this on my Tuono. Take the dash apart and gently lift the needle off of its spindle. Carefully replace it in the correct position. My was so loose the needle slipped to a different position everytime the bike did the RPM sweep when first turning on the ignition.

Thanks, Max, I'll give it a shot at some point.
