Need Help coming up with a price?

I'm in need of trying to find out what the "going" rate for a 2005 RSV 1000R is? They are so hard to find for sale, and not in the NADA books? Help!!!!!!!!

Post as much as you know about the bike. Lots of factors for us to consider.

My goal is to overflow the pot with experiences before it's empty of luck....

My RSV is listed here. Just trying to see if this is an accurate price to ask. I hate to get rid of it, but with my past 7 deployments and one more coming up, I just dont have time to ride...

Maybe this helps, maybe not, but I sold my 2004 RSVR about 9 months ago. Mine was bone stock, other than the Ohlins steering damper I put on. 6500 miles, immaculate condition, swingarm recall done. I got $7000 for it. I'm in the Norfolk, VA area, which is about 4 hours north of Sneads Ferry.

On as side note, I'm assuming you are stationed at Camp Lejeune? I'm down there alot for work. Just like to say thanks for your service to our country. Stay safe.

$7k is a good place to start, if you're not getting the bites you want, you'll need to lower it until it sells.

We all have the same issue. I've got 2 items for sale in my local area (lowered my R1 3 times now and still no bites!).
I work since millions on welfare depend on me.

Look down below in the Classifieds section - there is an Aprilia Motorcycles and Scooters For Sale sub forum where you can get an idea of what other people are asking. Then post your ad there when you are ready to list it.
