Looks good. Especially the engine, very clean.
So the exhaust is an improvement over standard then?

aye it is.. I just put on the exhaust on her today. Dont think it would be much harm to her without up jetting. Isnt that just putting a bigger jet in. ???.. Doesnt really make her sound like a hair dryer ani more. Thanks to the exhaust and the k&n filter. she has a little bit more power... really good. I am taking the engine out this friday and getting it fully resprayed and the frame resprayed. Gave her a bit of a polishing the day. She shines up well..

If you don't it'll spit and wont rev correctly. And it'll damage the engine

Yeah no, putting an exhaust and a shit k&n air filter on without up-jetting is fine. Course, people don't tell you to do so for a reason.

And fit the original airbox back or buy a Go-Kart Airbox, Pod filters are useless and only good for Track use where you dont need to worry about fine dust, water, salt, and polution like oil etc. getting trough it and the bikes get rebuild /inspected after each race.

Like i said plenty of times before, the Stock Airfilter lets trough more than enough air for a 21mm Carb.

It's not tuned to fuck, you don't need one. I'm going to have to pull out the diagram which explains that you actually loose performance. Most people get the jetting wrong which gives you slightly worse performance anyway lol.

It just makes it sound tinnier and will give you loads of problems down the line.
