When you get it please post a pic, and how it's mounted.
Their website doesn't have a pic of the Mana fender extender.

I sent them a request for quote to me in the States.
Seems like a good addition to keep the motor cleaner, and at a fair price.
I just bought a rear hugger from AF1 for considerably more.

Well I wonder if the rear hugger and the OEM mana mud guard can be installed together or you can only have one or the other?

From looking at the mountings, I think both can be mounted, but you might give Ed (at AF1) a call or Email and ask him to verify.

Appears to be bolt on, looks like we gotta drill holes into our regular fender.

I just ordered the Fenda Extenda. We'll see if I have to drill holes.

It comes with two strips of very sticky adhesive , you offer it up then stick it in place and then drill four holes. Dont like the look of the screws though, will rust... Ill take a pic when its fitted.

You can get the 4 screws in Stainless Steel at most hardware stores.

    Try this:

    1. Use course grade ScotchBrite or steel wool and remove the paint on the underside of the front fender where the ExtendaFenda will attach. The oem front fender is black plastic; the outside has been painted and clear-coated but the underside has only a thin coat of paint or overspray.
    2. Lightly roughen the part of the ExtendaFenda that attaches under the front fender.
    3. Bond the two parts using Industrial Strength E6000 Medium Viscosity adhesive. It's available online and at art, electronics, or hobby stores in clear, grey, or black (I would use black). E6000 is waterproof, non-flammable, flexible, sandable, and paintable. It is routinely used for bonding plastics in industrial applications.

Do we dare trust only the adhesive??
There is quite a bit of vibration there.
I just removed the OEM fender and am going to take it to AutoZone and try to get a spray paint can to match. I should get the extender in a day or so and am going to paint it silver before putting it on.
I'm thinking about painting the rear Streetfighter hugger silver too.

    Your choice.

It's a high-performance industrial adhesive, "may be used to bond items subject to vibration."
S'pose it depends how old-school you are.

I painted my aprilia rear half-fender (from the af1 store) but have yet to attach it to the motorcycle. You may know this but it doesn't hurt to post it anyway: Use a plastic primer. That is, a specialty primer specifically designed for plastics. Make sure the paint you buy is compatible with the plastic primer. Let the paint fully cure, not just dry to the touch, before re-attaching. Usually that's a full week at room temperatures.
