Battery stuff..... that's more like it :)

When i first got the bike the battery let me down.

I'd heard brilliant reports about the Odyssey PC310 and at over 90 they're exceptionally expensive.

To be honest, i was never impressed with the PC310, didn't inspire me like it was going to fire up easily. So i decided to do a bit more reading and went for a Yuasa YTX14-BS

DAMN that's better. Almost starts before you touch the starter button LOL.

I feel a lot more confident in the bike now

    Question Eh

What is it with these bikes? I sold mine, 5 years old, 26000 miles with the original battery still on it and I had some powerlet stuff hooked up to it to run cameras etc and charge me mobile phone.....

It never didn't start but I had a few re-sets if I rushed the start up....

Glad you've got yours sorted weeksy...

Yeah - wiring, rectifiers, connectors, bad batterys -- bring your bottle to work day at the Factory on fridays -- it ALL factors in.
