I have bad circulation in my hands. It has to be the perfect temp for my hands, too hot or too cold (mainly when too cold) they will go all blue with purple blotches here and there.
Embarrassing as fuck. So i mainly wear gloves now.

Good tip dan is to wear your normal gloves and small thermal inner gloves.
Put both pairs on the raditator a little while before you set off. So they are hot when you put them on.
Putting on cold gloves is pretty useless (well it isn't but you know). Gloves simply keep heat in your hands, so putting cold gloves on cold hands isn't doing much for you.

I do have some of them inner gloves, I paid like £15, they're meant to be wind proof

I wore them once last year and actually found my hands to be colder with 2 pairs of gloves than it originally had been with just the one pair. Its going to get to the time in the next few weeks when I have to start riding again, so I may aswell bite the bullet and put up with it.

Its like a lot worse in my left hand than my right hand. It was the most pain I've ever felt, even worse than braking my bloody nose.

My hands sting like a bastard when riding but it never last for 2 days! lol

However more gloves dosn't mean you're warmer. A few weeks ago riding home from work i had 4 pairs of gloves on!!
One pair of latex, 2 pairs of inner thermals and my normal gloves. It's the coldest my hands have ever being!
I think it's because the gloves were now really really tight on my hands, that won't help circulation lol.

It's un-true how warm they are! I have rode home before now in the winter and rain in trackies and my longjohns and never one felt cold or wet!!
Whereas i've done the same in just trackies and i've come home not being able to feel my legs!

Mine were terrible, I walked in, threw my jacket and shit off then went for a walk to stop me blowing my top in pain, it took a good 20 mins for the pain to go, I only rode about 14 miles too.

I might get the thermal gloves out again and give them a try. I do have heated grips to fit, but my hands freeze up if I'm generally outside, so I'm putting off fitting them for a while lol.

I've just had one of them thermal tops, damn they are bloody brilliant, I just need to get the matching pants now.
