    anyone using Surflex slipper clutch

    hey guys

    i was wondering if anyone using the surflex slipper clutch. i found a used one from crf450. i was wondering if would fit. according to the surflex website they use the stock clutch basket. could anyone shim in, i really want it but i want to make it would fit. also does the crf have the same clutch cover as the sxv

    Might be "Fast by Ferracci" product code F13847 for a CRF450

    If so it looks suspiciously like a rebranded Sigma Performance slipper clutch which I run in my road bike. Bolt in and use a CRF450 clutch pack no probs.

    We have been using the AF-1 (stm)slippers for about 2 years on our roadrace SXV's. No issues, No problems. if ya aint buying your racing parts from AF-1....well.....you aint doing it right

    the unit is with allen. i am still waiting for the motor to get rebuilt.

    I agree, however Im looking for used (read: cheap)

    Really just wanted to know if it fits right up or is there modifications that need to be done. I know the stm is a direct fit between crf450r and the sxv's.

    You might need the spacer for the clutch cover.

    surflex don't waste your money their garbage clutches go STM
