And sadly, I can't find a bike here in Jersey no matter how hard I try.

Seems 50cc bikes are taboo here in the east coast or something.

Hello, Welcome, you will be better off travelling to the main coast for one, there will be more choice and the chances are you will get a good one.

We can give you advise on things what too look out for, just makes a new thread

Had to dive 11 hours each way to pick up mine, man up.

Damn thats a lot, my RS was 3 miles up the road, my CBR was 15 miles up the road and my VFR was 20 miles up the road

And to describe me bourney style:

I have never ever changed or modified my bike I have always kept my bikes stock and do not modify them I've also never crashed.

11 hours each way for a 50cc! you're nuts.

I travelled 3 hours each way for the derbi and 4 or 5 each way for the CBR. Doing that i thought i was wrong in the head but christ if you've done 11 hours each way you deserve the "mental as fuck!" award haha

3 hours each way is still a long time in my opinion. It was worth it though for the Derbi, awesome peice of shit that.

Two problems with all this.
First most of you could drive from one end of your country to the other in 11 hours .

Second I've been told there are well under 10k RS 50's in the entire United States, so you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hey guys... names Matt Im from central coast of California.

Drove up to San Fransisco 250 miles each way last weekend to pick up a 2002 RS50. Street plated, 1960 miles. Bought it from Dankerson, the owner of www.BayAreaTwoStroke.com

Its a stock 50cc for now, 24mm Carb, Arrow pipe, some other stuff done.

Doing a Malossi 80cc kit and a few other items then paint it... this thing is so much fun!



The RS50 looks bigger than my MV Agusta Brutale 910! LOL
