Got my arrows fitted yesterday, and had the first service done... sounds like my usual weekend run that Mick........may bump into you one weekend.

Been to Rivvy lower barn this aft. I took my baffles out, but I think its TOO loud, I couldn't concentrate. Baffles back in. Think I may just dril a few more holes in them instead of going down the deaf route.

Yes, sounds like we ride some of the same routes, we'll have to get together for a brew, wasn't me at HG but I do shop there. I was in the Lakes today Haweswater, via the A6, then back via the Kirkstone Pass, top DD country, got my service spanner just starting to show 500 miles up, hope my Arrows will be here in time !

I didn't do anything - but when I got home from work today - I found a brand new Fieldsheer leather suit waiting for me on my bed. Didn't ask for it, wasn't expecting it - BUT very cool of the wifey. Felt obligated to take her to dinner! Now that I'm thinking about it - Why did she do that?

Fingers crossed for you mate, I was well chuffed when mine arrived in time for the first service. You'll be chufffed with the Arrows, the weight difference is shocking. I deffo noticed it felt alot lighter and more flickable. The stock can could be used to sink a battleship. Feels a bit poor on throttle response at low revs though, but you'll get used to it. Max grin factor when you get some pop pop poppage.

But once you look under your bike, you too will be wanting to get an undertray made and bung up the holes in the end of the subframe to keep water out of there, it just looks wrong and exposed. I've just ordered a track stand and am going to get the rear wheel and cans off and have a go at knocking something up with Strada_Stu. Thinking of an ally plate or some black plastic, I'll have to see what I can find. I'll get some pics and sizes up once I get round to doing it.

Ordered myself a track stand for my bike so I can whip my Arrows and rear wheel off so I can get measured up for an undertray........pics and template to follow.

Material options still undecided.........aluminium, plastic of some sort, or could go for the bling carbon option, it all depends on shape.

Booked her in to get a new fuel sender fitted next week so that I don't run out of fuel again

Yesterday I dropped by a cycle gear in Laguna Hills, CA to pick up a leather suit. A woman took a picture of my bike because her friend would "never believe that she saw another shiver." Apparently he has one, and in the states they're still pretty rare bikes.

I pointed out the scratches that he'll get if he lets a 60 year old man ride it (my dad dropped it).
