    997 RS - prototype motorcycle

    hello
    i'm superkart , from france ... i design and built my own prototype ..
    before , i had an RSV 99 stock for the track , but its doesnt like really (i'm un fanatic of 250 rs -gp)
    i decide to build my own motorbike in the spirit of a 250 rs/ fine and light...

    i'm not a professional same Kalex or Radical ducati , just an "fanatic" same burt monroe !!!
    all it's home made


    the result ...



















    frame , realize in 25CrMo4s dia 32mm
    weight 8.5kg
    tank aluminium 13l
    engine rsv 2001
    fork ohlins 2000
    wheel OZ forged
    air box home made big volume.. with a wrong tank in fiber glass
    body of 250rs GP 2004 honda
    you can modified the angle to 23-27°
    you can moving the axe of swing arm of +- 7.5 mm in vertical..

    total weight since water /oil et gazoline... 165kg.

    give your opinion on my bike please

    Very nice - how is the handling and weight distribution having the fuel tank up that high and so far aft?

    That is a Awesome Bike!!! Love the design!!! It is Beautiful!!! please post some weight spec's! Also you could sell that bike as a kit? what was your final frame weight compared to the stock unit?

    Un-fucking-believable. I am in awe of people that have that kind of vision and the talent to make the vision come to light. Props dude. I can only live vicariously through people like you. Keep atter. You inspire the rest of us. Gorgeous bike.
    It is better to ride a slow bike fast, than a fast bike slow.

    That being said, it sure rocks to ride a fast bike fassssssst

    Really NICE!!! I do a lot of fabrication, building a Seven replica.

    That is really nice, been thinking about doing something similar myself
    when my car is done.
