Went down to start my Futura yesterday, it turned over a couple of times then nothing. All the lights worked OK but it would not turn over. I charged the battery just in case it was low still nothing. The solenoid clicks but it won't turn over. Do Aprilia's have a problem with the solenoid or the starter motor?. Is there an easy way to check the solenoid before I start looking further?.
stuff a screwdriver across the 2 terminals. If the starter runs it could be the solenoid.
